Valley Christian Daycare
Valley Christian Daycare is a faith-based, religious-exempt childcare program dedicated to providing a nurturing, supportive, and safe environment where children can thrive physically, academically, socially, and spiritually during their early childhood years.
Our program incorporates play-based learning, art, music, and movement to encourage creativity, exploration, and development across all areas of growth. Alongside a strong foundation in early childhood education, we are committed to helping children develop a relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, by incorporating Christian faith and biblical teachings into their daily experiences.
At Valley Christian Daycare, we strive to partner with families in creating a loving and encouraging environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
Meet Our Director
Kendra is a Valley native with a passion for creating a nurturing, safe, and enriching environment where children can thrive during their early childhood years.
With an Associate’s Degree, numerous specialized certifications, and extensive experience working in licensed daycare centers, religious-exempt programs, and licensed in-home daycare settings, Kendra brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and dedication to her role.
As Director of Valley Christian Daycare, Kendra leads by example, fostering a culture of collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement among the team. She values open communication and strives to provide ongoing support and encouragement to staff, ensuring that the center remains a place where children can flourish and families feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
Outside of work, Kendra enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, and reading.
Kendra is excited for the opportunity to meet, serve, and build meaningful relationships with the families of the Valley at Valley Christian Daycare.

In August 2024, The Church of Solsburg made our member’s dreams of creating a safe and spiritual space for our community’s children to have the opportunity to obtain an education/daycare and a relationship with Jesus Christ a reality by opening the doors of Valley Christian School and Daycare. Every day we strive to provide a nurturing educational environment where faith, excellence, and community converge to shape the hearts and minds of our children. “It takes a village to raise a child,” and we are reaching out to our village to prayerfully consider helping with some our Amazon wish list items to continue to provide the joy of learning for our children. The items on our wish list are things that our children can use for tactile learning, as well as materials to support our staff. Any and all help is appreciated.
